        नागपूर, 31 : जूनच्या तुलनेत जुलै महिन्यात कोरोनाचा संसर्ग वाढला असून कोविड-19ची साथ आटोक्यात आणण्यासाठी स्मार्ट अॅक्शन प्लान तयार करण्याच्या सूचना पालकमंत्री डॉ. नितीन राऊत यांनी प्रशासनाला दिल्या. शहरी व ग्रामीण भागात वाढलेली मृत्यू संख्या कमी करण्यावर भर देण्यात यावा असे सांगून डॉ. राऊत म्हणाले की, लॉकडाऊन हा पर्याय नसून नागरिकांनी स्वयंशिस्त पाळल्यास कोरोना नियंत्रणात येऊ शकतो. 

            विभागीय आयुक्त कार्यालयात आज कोरोना आढावा बैठक घेण्यात आली त्यावेळी ते बोलत होते. विभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. संजीव कुमार, पोलीस आयुक्त डॉ. भूषणकुमार उपाध्याय, महापालिका आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे, जिल्हाधिकारी रविंद्र ठाकरे, जिल्हा परिषदेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी योगेश कुंभेजकर, पोलीस अधीक्षक ग्रामीण राकेश ओला, माहिती संचालक हेमराज बागुल, आरोग्य उपसंचालक डॉ. संजय जयस्वाल, मेडिकलचे अधिष्ठाता डॉ. सजल मित्रा, जिल्हा शल्य चिकित्सक डॉ. देवेंद्र पातूरकर व डॉ. दीपक सेलोकर यावेळी उपस्थित होते. 

            रूग्णांची संख्या वाढत असल्याने अतिरिक्त मनुष्यबळाची आवश्यकता भासत आहे. विशेषतः चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारी व सफाई कामगार मोठ्या प्रमाणात लागणार आहेत, असे डॉ. मित्रा यांनी सांगितले. या साथीच्या काळासाठी खासगी एजन्सीमार्फत मनुष्यबळ उपलब्ध करून घ्यावे, असे पालकमंत्री म्हणाले. मात्र संबंधित एजन्सीकडे स्वच्छतेसाठी लागणारी साधनसामुग्री असणे आवश्यक असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.

            वैद्यकीय उपचारासाठी मेडिकलमध्ये येणाऱ्या प्रत्येक रुग्णाची अँटीजेन टेस्ट करण्याच्या सूचना पालकमंत्र्यांनी दिल्या. कोरोना विरुद्धच्या लढ्यात काही स्वयंसेवी संस्था स्वयंप्रेरणेने प्रशासनासोबत काम करण्यास तयार असून आजच्या बैठकीत याबाबत सादरीकरण करण्यात आले. फूड सोल्जर, कॉलसेंटर, पॅरामेडिकल व हेल्प डेस्क अशा स्वरूपाचा काम करण्याचा आराखडा स्वयंसेवी संस्थेने सादर केला. याला जोड म्हणून महावितरणकडे असलेल्या ग्राहकांच्या मोबाईल क्रमांकावर कोरोना जनजागृती संदेश पाठविण्यात यावेत, अशी सूचना त्यांनी केली. जनजागृतीसाठी अंगणवाडी सेविका व मदतनीस यांची मदत घेण्याबाबत यावेळी चर्चा करण्यात आली. स्वयंसेवी संस्था व पोलीस विभाग समन्वयाने  याविषयी आराखडा देतील असे ते म्हणाले.

            या बैठकीनंतर विदर्भ इंडस्ट्रीज असोसिएशनच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांसोबत पालकमंत्र्यांची चर्चा झाली. उद्योग व्यवसाय नुकतेच रुळावर आले असून आता अर्थ चक्राला गती देण्याची वेळ असल्याचे पालकमंत्री म्हणाले. लॉकडाऊन हा पर्याय नसून प्रशासन मृत्यू संख्या कमी करणे व जनजागृती या विषयी काम करणार आहे. मात्र नागरिकांनी स्वयं शिस्त पाळावी हा आग्रह कायम राहणार असल्याचे पालकमंत्र्यांनी नमूद केले. लॉकडाऊन विषयी सोशल माध्यमात येणाऱ्या अफवांवर नागरिकांनी विश्वास ठेवू नये असे आवाहन डॉ. राऊत यांनी केले.

Nagpur, July 31: Corona infection has increased in July as compared to June and the Guardian Minister Dr. Nitin Raut handed over to the administration. Emphasis should be placed on reducing the rising death toll in urban and rural areas. Raut said lockdown is not an option but corona can be brought under control if citizens follow self-discipline.

    He was speaking at a Corona review meeting held today at the Divisional Commissioner's Office. Divisional Commissioner Dr. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, Commissioner of Police Bhushan Kumar Upadhyay, Municipal Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe, District Collector Ravindra Thackeray, Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Yogesh Kumbhejkar, Superintendent of Police Rakesh Ola, Director of Information Hemraj Bagul, Deputy Director of Health Dr. Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal, Dean of Medical Dr. Sajal Mitra, District Surgeon Devendra Paturkar and Dr. Deepak Selokar was present on the occasion.

As the number of patients increases, additional manpower is required. Especially the fourth class staff and cleaning workers will be required in large numbers, said Dr. Mitra said.

       The Guardian Minister said that manpower should be made available through a private agency for this epidemic. However, the concerned agency should have the necessary equipment for cleaning, he said.

The Guardian Minister instructed to test the antigen of every patient coming to the medical for medical treatment. In the fight against Corona, some NGOs are willing to work with the administration on a voluntary basis and this was presented at today's meeting. 

The NGO presented a plan to work in the form of Food Soldier, Call Center, Paramedical and Help Desk. In addition to this, corona awareness messages should be sent to the mobile numbers of the customers with MSEDCL, he suggested. Anganwadi workers and helpers were discussed for public awareness. He said that NGOs and the police department would work out a plan in coordination.

After this meeting, the Guardian Minister had a discussion with the office bearers of Vidarbha Industries Association. The Guardian Minister said that industry and business has just come on track and now is the time to accelerate the economic cycle.

     Lockdown is not an option but the administration will work to reduce the number of deaths and raise public awareness. However, the Guardian Minister said that the citizens will continue to insist on self-discipline. He appealed to the people not to believe the rumors coming out on social media about the lockdown.
